Terms of service
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These Terms apply to your use of the One Call Concierge website and to bookings arranged by CTT Sales Link LLC where these Terms are referenced in the written quote or booking confirmation. “One Call Concierge”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CTT Sales Link LLC. Booking-specific terms supplement these Terms; if they conflict, the booking-specific term governs that booking to the extent permitted by law.
1. Our concierge service
We source and coordinate individual luxury requests worldwide, which may include private aviation, yachts, ground transport, accommodation, premium air travel, dining, events, luxury goods and property-related enquiries. You may ask us to arrange one service or several; you do not need to book a complete trip.
We act as a concierge and intermediary. The exact role we take for a particular arrangement, including whether the service contract is with us or directly with a third-party supplier, will be stated in the relevant quote or booking confirmation. Airlines, aircraft and yacht operators, hotels, transport companies, event organisers, sellers and other suppliers are independent businesses and are responsible for the services they provide.
Some combinations of travel services may be subject to package-travel or other consumer-protection rules depending on how they are offered, booked and paid for, and on the law that applies. Where such rules apply, their required disclosures and protections supplement these Terms and will be provided with the relevant offer.
2. Enquiries, quotes and booking confirmation
An enquiry is a request for information and does not itself create a booking. We may ask for details needed to source a suitable option, such as dates, destination, route, number of guests and preferences. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and for having authority to provide details for other travellers or guests.
Availability and prices can change until a booking is confirmed. A booking is made only when you have accepted the final written quote, we have confirmed the booking in writing, and any deposit or payment specified in that confirmation has been received. Do not treat a request, indicative price or supplier availability check as a confirmed booking.
3. Prices, fees and payment
For each request, we compare options available to us through our sources and aim to secure the best available price for the stated requirements at the time we prepare the quote. “Best available price” refers to the most favourable comparable option we are able to source for that request; it is not a representation that every seller or market has been searched or that a lower price cannot exist elsewhere. Prices may change with availability, dates, route, destination, currency movements, taxes and supplier charges.
Your written quote or confirmation will set out the price, currency, what is included, payment deadline and any known taxes, supplier charges, One Call Concierge fee or payment surcharge before you accept. We may receive a commission or referral payment from a supplier or partner. A 5% concierge fee applies to the booking amount when cryptocurrency payment is offered and selected. The written quote will show the fee calculation and total due, as well as the accepted asset, exchange-rate basis, any network or processor charges and the applicable refund treatment. Cryptocurrency is accepted only when expressly offered for the specific booking.
Payment must be made using the method and by the deadline stated in your booking confirmation. If a payment processor or supplier is involved, its terms may also apply. You must not send full payment-card details, passwords or access credentials by email or WhatsApp.
4. Supplier terms, changes and cancellations
Each supplier may impose its own conditions, including passenger or guest requirements, ticket restrictions, check-in or arrival times, deposits, cancellation charges, change fees, refund rules and conduct requirements. We will provide the terms available to us before you confirm. Your booking may be subject to those supplier terms in addition to these Terms.
Requests to change or cancel a booking must be sent to us in writing as soon as possible. Changes depend on availability and supplier approval. Refund eligibility, timing and deductions depend on the applicable booking terms and on who received the payment. We will explain the options available for your specific booking; no refund or change is guaranteed unless the applicable written terms provide for it or the law requires it.
5. Travel documents, eligibility and third-party services
You are responsible for checking that you and your guests meet the relevant passport, visa, entry, health, age, licensing and other requirements for the service and destination. You must provide suppliers with accurate traveller or guest information when required. Suppliers may refuse or suspend service where their conditions or applicable law are not met.
We take reasonable care when coordinating a request, but we do not operate aircraft, yachts, vehicles, hotels, venues or other supplier services. We cannot guarantee a supplier’s availability, decisions or performance. This does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law places on us or any rights you have against the supplier or us.
6. Property and luxury-goods enquiries
Property and luxury-goods sourcing is an introduction or coordination service unless your written agreement states otherwise. Information supplied by a seller, agent or other third party should be independently verified before you make a purchase or investment decision. We do not provide legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and no potential return, value, authenticity or availability is guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in a written agreement by the responsible party.
7. Website use and content
You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use it to send unlawful, misleading or harmful material. Website content is general information and is not itself an offer to sell or a confirmation of availability.
8. Responsibility and events outside our control
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability, consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, airport or port closures, government action, strikes, security events, supplier insolvency, technical failures or other force majeure events. We will communicate material changes and available options in accordance with the booking terms and applicable law.
9. Applicable law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not remove any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply where you live. Any required venue or dispute process will follow applicable law and the terms stated in your booking confirmation. For questions about these Terms, contact CTT Sales Link LLC at vip@onecall-concierge.com or +33 6 69 18 64 85.
