This Privacy Policy explains how CTT Sales Link LLC, operating the One Call Concierge service (“we”, “us” or “our”), handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us. 1. Information we may handle

We may handle information you provide directly or ask us to obtain in connection with a request, including:

• your name, contact details and preferred way to communicate;
• the details of a request, such as dates, destinations, routes, number of travellers or guests, preferences and accessibility needs;
• communications with us and information needed to quote, coordinate, confirm, change or support an arrangement;
• booking, payment or refund references needed to manage a transaction; and
• basic technical information handled by the hosting service to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and requested pages.

Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not send full payment-card details, passwords or account credentials by email or WhatsApp. If a supplier needs identity documents or other sensitive information, we will explain the appropriate way to provide it.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries; compare options; obtain availability and quotes; coordinate, confirm and support a requested booking; communicate changes; maintain business and transaction records; protect the website and our business; comply with legal obligations; and handle disputes or claims.

Where a privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely as applicable on taking steps at your request before a contract or performing a contract; our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, coordinating services, keeping appropriate records and protecting our business; compliance with legal obligations; or your consent where consent is required. If we later use your information for optional marketing, we will do so only as permitted by applicable law and you can opt out.

3. When we share information

We share only information reasonably needed for the relevant purpose. This may include sharing request or traveller details with aircraft and yacht operators, hotels, airlines, transport providers, event organisers, agents, sellers or other suppliers so they can check availability, prepare a quote or provide a service you requested. A supplier may handle your information under its own privacy notice and may act as a separate controller.

We also use service providers that help operate the website or communicate with you, including Netlify for website hosting and, when you choose to use them, WhatsApp and your email service. A payment provider may receive information if it is used for a booking. We may disclose information to authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and security.

We do not sell personal information for money. The current website does not use information for targeted advertising.

4. International processing

CTT Sales Link LLC is based in the United States and our suppliers and service providers may be located in other countries. Information may therefore be processed in a country with data-protection rules different from those where you live. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or other safeguards, we will use the safeguards required for that transfer. You may contact us for further information about relevant safeguards.

5. Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, manage a booking, provide support, maintain required business records, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. The period depends on the nature of the information, the service and applicable record-keeping rules. We then delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable, unless the law requires longer retention.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No website, messaging service or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Cookies and this website

The current website is a static information site. It has no enquiry or booking form and does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request data to deliver, maintain and protect the site. If you click a WhatsApp, Instagram or email link, the relevant third-party service may process information under its own terms and privacy notice. We will update this Policy if we add tracking or other tools that materially change these practices.

7. Your privacy rights

Your rights depend on where you live and which privacy laws apply. They may include the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your information; to restrict or object to certain processing; to receive certain information in a portable format; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection or privacy authority. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions and legal requirements.
